Dr. Bethany Englund
DDSexperience Fresh out of dental school, she started practicing in Malibu, CA and Santa Monica focusing on cosmetic dentistry and smile makeovers. She needed a break from the hustle and bustle, so she moved to Oahu, HI. Practicing in the Aloha State for a while, she missed California and returned to settle in La Jolla and open Englund Dental. inspirng happiness Growing up in a family of healthcare professionals, Dr. Bethany Englund always knew she wanted to be a dentist. She watched her father, a doctor, receive many Christmas cards, treats, and boxes of chocolate every year from his appreciative patients. This experience led her to realize that healthcare is more than physical health, it provides the opportunity to inspire people and make their lives better. That’s what she wanted to do. She started Englund Dental to bring her patients happiness and make their lives better through genuine relationships and beautiful smiles. Education Originally from Seattle, WA, Dr. Bethany Englund graduated from the University of Washington with bachelor’s degrees in molecular biology and English literature. She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Southern California (USC) where she was part of the Psi Omega Honor Fraternity. Continuing her education, she has trained in implantology, clear aligners, and cosmetic smile makeovers.
