My goal is to support you in discovering your unique, innate strengths and values so that you feel empowered to move your life in the direction you want. I help with anxiety, depression, anger management, coping skills, couples and relationship issues, life transitions, self-esteem, and trauma. I also provide gender-affirming mental health care to members of the LGBTQIA+ community. I incorporate evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and mindfulness techniques to help you gain insight, learn coping skills, and increase resilience.
