The owner and director of Scripps Center for Dental Care, Dr. John Weston is an esteemed dentist in the San Diego and La Jolla, CA area. The onetime commissioned naval officer performs an extensive array of general, cosmetic, and restorative dental procedures at his state-of-the-art practice, including teeth whitening, dental implants, and Invisalign®. Recognized as an authority in the field, Dr. Weston has achieved the prestigious credential of Accredited Fellow of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry—one of only 50 dentists worldwide to earn this distinction. In addition to graduating in the top five of his dental class, he lectures and trains colleagues around the world in the latest dental techniques and technology. Dr. Weston is committed to providing an exceptional patient experience, and he is an active participant in continuing education.

Dr. Nicholas Marongiu
Dr. Nicholas Marongiu is an extensively trained dentist and implantologist at Scripps Center for Dental Care, which serves the La Jolla and San Diego, CA area. Dedicated to exceptional patient care and state-of-the-art techniques, Dr. Marongiu offers a comprehensive range of advanced dental procedures for the whole family, including Invisalign®, teeth whitening, and porcelain veneers. In addition to being the recipient of the Clinical Excellence Award and the Excellence in Cosmetic Dentistry Award, he is also an active member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD). Community service is a passion of Dr. Marongiu’s, and he has dedicated considerable time and skill to Missions of Mercy, Flying Docs, Project Hope, and other prominent charitable organizations.
